Keto Chocolate Cream Cake

KETO CHOCOLATE CREAM CAKE

Ingredients:
– 4 large eggs
– ½ cup unsalted butter
– 1 1/2 cup Sweet Best Erythritol
– 1 tsp. vanilla extract
– 1 cup Baking Essentials Almond Flour
– ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
– ½ tsp.kosher salt
– ½ tsp. baking soda

Chocolate Frosting
– ½ cup unsalted butter
– ¼ cup Alaska Crema All-Purpose Cream
– ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1 sp. vanilla extract
– 2/3 cup Sweet Best Erythritol

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease an 8-inch square glass baking dish with butter.
2. Mix together eggs, melted butter, Sweet Best Erythritol, and vanilla extract in large bowl.
3. Add in the Baking Essentials Almond Flour and cocoa powder and mix well.
4. Add in kosher salt and the baking soda and mix well.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
6. Bake cake for 18-20 minutes until the center is set and a toothpick inserted in it comes out clean.
7. Meanwhile, place all the frosting ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk by hand or beat
with an electric handheld mixer for 1-2 minutes on low speed until smooth and fluffy.
8. Spread frosting on cake and enjoy!
