LOW CARB PALITAW

INGREDIENTS: 

60g Baking Essentials Coconut Flour

Sweet Best Stevia-Erythritol
46 grams Baking Essentials Xanthan Gum 

5g psyllium husk, pulverized
210ml boiling water
Grated coconut
Sesame seeds, toasted

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Sift coconut flour into a bowl, add xanthan gum and psyllium husk. Add boiling water. Mix well and with wet hands, form into 10 balls then flatten.
  2. In a shallow pan, boil water and add palitaw. Cook for 2-3 mins, turning once. Roll cooked pieces in grated coconut. Top with toasted sesame seeds and sugar substitute.
