Matcha Cheesecake Fat Bombs

INGREDIENTS
2-1/2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
8 oz. cream cheese softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-1/2 packet 1.5 grams Matcha Tea Powder
1/3 cup Powdered Sweet Best Erythritol

1. Pour coconut flakes in blender and blend until flakes are in powder form.
2. Place cream cheese, blended coconut flakes, vanilla extract, matcha tea powder, Sweet Best Erythritol in mixing bowl and mix with your hands or with hand mixer.
3. Place mixture in refrigerator for 1 hours until set to make fat bombs.
4. Shape mixture into 12 equal sized balls. serve and enjoy!
